涂料廢氣處理工藝簡(jiǎn)述：
1.是把有機(jī)廢氣加熱到760℃以上，停留時(shí)間大于1秒，使廢氣中的vocs氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。
2.氧化產(chǎn)生的高溫氣體流經(jīng)特制的陶瓷蓄熱體，使陶瓷體升溫而“蓄熱”，此“蓄熱”用于預(yù)熱后續(xù)進(jìn)入爐體的有機(jī)廢氣，從而節(jié)省廢氣升溫的燃料消耗，降低運(yùn)行成本。
3.陶瓷蓄熱體應(yīng)分成三區(qū)，每個(gè)蓄熱室依次經(jīng)歷蓄熱-放熱-清掃等程序，周而復(fù)始，連續(xù)工作。蓄熱室“放熱”后應(yīng)立即引入適量潔凈空氣對(duì)該蓄熱室進(jìn)行清掃（以保證voc去除率在99%以上），只有待清掃完成后才能進(jìn)入“蓄熱”程序。
4.冷啟動(dòng)預(yù)熱時(shí)通過(guò)燃燒器系統(tǒng)提高爐溫，正常運(yùn)行時(shí)大部分熱量能被蓄熱陶瓷床回收，當(dāng)廢氣中可燃成分濃度過(guò)低時(shí)，依靠燃燒輔助燃料（柴油或天然氣）來(lái)提升爐膛溫度。當(dāng)爐膛溫度過(guò)高時(shí)，可由爐膛溫度控制的高溫排空閥門將部分熱量釋放。

paint waste gas treatment process description:
